Obama Will Be Watching Sept 3rd b/c Palin Vs O Will Be A Landslide & He Knows It

Monday, August 22, 2011 0 Responses

So what happens if she gets in and gets the nomination? What if the race ends up being Palin v. Obama?
If it does, Obama may find out how Walter Mondale felt after running against Reagan in 1984. But he will surely find out how Jimmy Carter felt when he faced Reagan in 1980.
Skeptics notwithstanding, this is so because Palin v. Obama will pit faith in the American people against faith in government. In so doing, it will allow Palin to tell us again and again of how this country is great because of salt-of-the-earth Americans who love their families, their God, and their country, while Obama stands on the other side of a teleprompter telling us everything will be fine if we just pass another stimulus bill, raise taxes, and allow government to reach even further into the private sector via increased regulation and oversight.
It’s so important to understand that Palin’s belief in the everyday American allows her to think America’s greatest days lie in front of us: that “we’re seeing a great awakening of the American public” even now. […]
Perhaps the biggest contrast we’ll see, should Palin v. Obama come to pass, will be in the way the two candidates will speak to the voters when they campaign. Obama will certainly tell us of all the great things he can do for us if we’ll just give him four more years: as it was in 2008, so too in 2012 it will be all about him. But with Palin, you can already hear a different tone. Sure, she has things that recommend her to the job and qualify her for the job, but her focus is what Americans can accomplish if we get government out of the way rather than what she can use government to accomplish for us.
Thus, far from Obama’s ego-centric self-portrayal as some political miracle worker, Palin’s simple message to Americans will be “I believe in you.” (Which is why Iowans are already describing her as a “normal person” who is “down to earth” and “solid.”)
Palin is giving a speech to the Tea Party convention in Iowa on September 3rd. They’re expecting such a large crowd that they’ve already had to move the event to a larger venue. And while no one knows if she’s going to announce a run for the presidency then, you can bet the world will be watching. And you can also bet Obama will have a staffer or David Axelrod (or both) watching as well.
And that’s because Palin v. Obama will be a landslide (and Obama knows it).

Gov Palin’s Energy Independence Vs Obama’s Energy Policy of Unnatural Disaster

Thursday, January 06, 2011 0 Responses
A few days ago, former Gov. Sarah Palin (R-Alaska) took to Twitter, and twitted Barack Obama once again. This time, she took on the president over how his weak, seemingly socialist policies have increased gasoline prices, and harmed the U.S. economy. She’s absolutely correct in her assessment of Obama’s energy strategy.
Palin knows what she’s talking about on oil and gas and energy issues. From 2003-2004, she was chairman of the Alaska Oil & Gas Conservation Commission, and became quite well known as a corruption whistleblower there.
As governor, Palin signed the Alaska Gasline Inducement Act into law. The Act set a timeline for oil companies to get serious about transporting oil from Alaska to the lower 48 states.
Palin supports energy independence to strengthen the U.S. dollar and decrease oil prices. She stated as much on the campaign trail as vice president more than two years ago, and more recently, when stumping for conservative candidates in 2010. […]
ANWR the Answer
But despite the setbacks, there is some progress that Obama hasn’t stopped through overregulation, rather than oversight of industry, as allowed for in the Constitution of the U.S.
Palin’s GOP successor as governor of Alaska has continued her policy, and companies there are making progress on the largest private sector energy project in U.S. history, moving forward on a 3,000 mile natural gas pipeline that will soon transport hundreds of trillions of cubic feet of clean natural gas to local markets all across America.
The phrase popularized by Palin, “drill, baby, drill,” is still sometimes mocked by the media. But in their condescension, they miss the grand strategic point of Palin’s pithy phrase. Were the U.S. to further develop its natural resources, and reduce its dependence on foreign oil, we would be free of many of the entanglements that we’ve had in foreign policy during the last few decades. We’ve fought Iraq twice, once to defend the Kuwaiti oil upon which our economy relies. We’re also always on edge over Iran, another major oil producing nation. We’ve had to take insults from the lunatic Hugo Chavez, the dictator who runs Venezuela, also because of oil.

Washington Times: Palin’s Real World Experience Vs Tele-Prompter & Affirmative Action Obama

Wednesday, January 05, 2011 0 Responses
People who live in glass houses built at least in part from the largesse of political correctness and affirmative action should not throw stones. And yet, here we have Juan Williams doing just that as he follows in the deep footprints of the hundreds before him who have lobbed hackneyed, gratuitous and even hate-filled insults at Sarah Palin.
On a recent “Fox News Sunday” program, Mr. Williams was speaking about potential 2012 Republican presidential candidates when he said, “There is nobody out there except for Sarah Palin who could absolutely dominate the stage, and she can’t stand on the intellectual stage with Obama.” Really? […]
OK, so the man who uses a teleprompter more than any other president in modern history and even needed one to give a speech to 7-year-olds at an elementary school is “brilliant and articulate” based on this oratory crutch. Fine. If that is the only arrow in their quiver of “Obama the Intellectual,” then I would normally maintain that their defense is sorely lacking. In this case, it appears to be all the available evidence.
Those like Juan Williams who ignorantly claim President Obama to be “brilliant” might have a better case to make if only he would release his IQ test, his SAT scores, his records from Occidental College or his records from Columbia University. Unfortunately for them, Mr. Obama refuses to do so. Why? […]
With regard to Mr. Obama being “brilliant” because he was accepted to Columbia and Harvard, is there any chance that he got into those schools not because he was academically qualified, but because he was black and was a product of social engineering by the left? Why does that question so infuriate some on the left? Isn’t that the exact purpose of affirmative action?
It can certainly be argued that Mr. Obama was inserted into the bubble of political correctness when he was about 20 years of age and has floated to the very top on that basis rather than real-world experience and gravitas. Again, it is simply the outcome those on the left were seeking when theydecided to accept and promote on the basis of race, gender or sexual preference. Why are they ashamed of their plan coming to fruition in such a glorious way in the guise of the man who now occupies the Oval Office?
Maybe next time, Juan Williams and all the other propagandists for President Obama will offer up some proof to back up their claims of Mr. Obama’s intellectual prowess. In the meantime, I’ll take Sarah Palin’s real-world experience and traditional values anytime.

Palin 5-Bedroom AZ Home: 2012 HQ & Strategy For Victory In Play!

Wednesday, December 29, 2010 2 Responses
Why Arizona?
An examination of the electoral map route to victory for Palin makes everything clear. If on election night Florida goes for Obama, then Republican supporters might as well turn off the television, as there is no combination of states, subsequent to the loss of Florida, which can give the Republicans the 270 electoral votes needed for victory.
This suggests that a good VP choice for Palin would be a Catholic with experience credentials such as Rudy Giuliani, or an Hispanic Catholic from Florida, i.e., Marco Rubio. Both would appeal to the Hispanic voting block in Florida and in the vital southwest states. (Rubio would the obvious choice, based purely on pragmatism.)
Assuming Florida goes for the G.O.P.,  then North Carolina and Indiana should come back into the fold. Virginia is crucial, as 270 EV’s can’t be reached without it unless the Hispanic vote in Nevada or New Mexico can be won over to some degree. Given this scenario, the absolute key states start to unfold.
Ohio and Iowa are battleground states, each with its own peculiarities. Arizona, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, and Nevada are states where the Hispanic/Catholic vote will be crucial. Having a base in Arizona would allow Palin substantial time to make as many visits to these states as would be necessary.
Palin has many allies who can take up the cudgels on her behalf too, which is a legacy of her brilliant endorsement program.   These include McCain, Gospar, Brewer, new Governor Terry Branstad in Iowa, and, of course, Governor Perry in Texas.
It is obvious that minimal time and resources will need to  be spent in the Eastern or Western states or in the safe states of the South and Mid-West. This is an excellent situation, as it allows for the maximum spend in time, advertising, and supporters’ energy where it is needed most.
Once again, Palin confounds her critics, who are dumbfounded as to why Bristol has purchased a house in Arizona. Let them continue to write her off as having no electoral skills - they will be utterly undone in November 2012.
