Anchorage, AK - On Saturday, May 15th Governor Palin and the 1st family are greeted by thousands of Alaskans at Westchester Lagoon in Anchorage. Several local elementary school staff and students as Governor Palin pushes grand-daughter & son, Trig, in a stroller after finishing the March for Babies three-mile walk from 15th & U Street in Anchorage.
The 3 mile fundraising walk benefits March of Dimes research and programs that prevent pre-term births and help babies overcome health issues. The event will raises 10s of thousands of dollars and will assist moms to have healthy, full-term pregnancies. The event is expected to raise about $120,000 and $220,000 statewide. This is once again demonstrating Governor Palin truly cares about Alaska & Alaskkan families. She is an amazing women and a true gift to Alaska and America.

Could not find a "contact us" link. If the site operator reads this,
a suggestion. Several interesting articles here relative to Gov. Palin, but most do not have a "dateline."
It would be interesting to know when the various events occurred.
In addition to seeing the governor doing things, it is of interest when, and how much coverage she is getting in the minds of the general public.

Greg Said,
"Another beautiful day in AK! 1st Family & I are preparing to lead a great crowd of AKns in the Anchorage's March of Dimes' March for Babies
about 23 hours ago from TwitterBerry"
This is what Gov. Palin sent out via Twitter yesterday, but there's nothing about it in the Anchorage Daily News (they probably haven't come up with a way to put a negative spin on it yet.)
