Sarah Palin: NJ Gov Candidate Playing Loose With Facts

Sunday, November 01, 2009 1 Response
Despite what candidate Chris Daggett is claiming, I have never contacted him or his campaign. I have never asked him to drop out of the NJ Governor’s race. Now, if a politician is going to play loose with facts like this, the electorate needs to know it.

So, to the good people of
New Jersey, please know that Daggett’s claims are false. I’ve never even suggested he should drop out of the race. But, come to think of it…

Palin Power Targets Dirty Harry Reid

Thursday, October 01, 2009 0 Responses
Sarah Palin’s father Chuck Heath will travel from Alaska to Nevada on October 2 to spend the weekend campaigning with Senate candidate Danny Tarkanian, one Republican hoping to unseat the Harry Leader next November.
The retired science teacher is scheduled to make five stops across Nevada with Tarkanian, the son of legendary college basketball coach Jerry Tarkanian. He is considered to be one of the frontrunners for the GOP nomination along with Nevada GOP chairwoman Sue Lowden, if she decides to formally enter the race.
Heath certainly won't bring out the kind of crowds that showed up to see his daughter during the presidential race, but he'll likely draw some of the Republican faithful eager to catch of glimpse of anything Palin-related.
Palin spokeswoman Meg Stapleton, relayed a message that Sarah Palin "loves 'Tark the Shark'" — the elder Tarkanian's nickname from his coaching days. She added that "the Governor is rooting for Senator Harry Reid's defeat."
It's not the first time Heath has hit the road to help a Republican candidate: In August, Heath traveled to his native Idaho to stump for Republican congressional candidate Vaughn Ward. Heath told the Idaho Statesman at the time that he was already planning an appearance with Tarkanian, but that he needed to delay his plans.
"He wanted to do it right away, but I gotta go moose hunting in September," Heath told the paper in August.
Stapleton said the two men met on the campaign trail last fall and that "the Heaths and Tarkanians obviously share love of conservative politics and sports."

CNN Acknowledges Palin’s Going Rogue: An American Life #1 Best Seller

Wednesday, September 30, 2009 0 Responses
Our communist enemies at CNN have no choice but to recognize Sarah Palin’s upcoming book is breaking new records.  Their pain is my pleasure.  On the 1st day of the announcement and within hours it has shot to number 1 at Barnes and Nobles and number 2 at Amazon.  What is so unusual is that it has not been released.  I provided the links to pre-order her book.

CNN – Sarah Palin's 432 page memoir isn't set to be released for more than seven weeks, but the highly anticipated tell-all has already shot to No. 1 on Barnes and Nobles' Web site, supplanting new releases from bestselling authors Dan Brown and Mitch Albom.
The forthcoming book has also vaulted up Amazon.com's bestseller list, currently holding the No. 3 (it just moved to No.1) spot just behind Glenn Beck's "Arguing with Idiots: How to Stop Small Minds and Big Government."

The book — titled "Going Rogue: An American Life" in reference to the anonymous criticism directed at the former Alaska governor by aides to Republican presidential nominee John McCain — is scheduled to be released on November 17.

Palin's publisher, Harper, has ordered a massive first printing of 1.5 million copies, and is not releasing an electronic version until the day after Christmas in an effort to drive up sales of the more expensive hardcover edition, the Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday.

Gov Palin Dominates 2nd Straw Poll 55%, Romney 15% & Huckabee 10%

Tuesday, September 22, 2009 1 Response

Governor Palin easily handles Politico's Straw Poll: Who should have won the presidential straw poll at the Values Voter Summit? by a very very wide margin.  The Governor took a overwhelming majority of 55% to Governor Romney’s 15% and Governor Huckabee’s 10%. A total of 24,046 votes were cast.

Politico created this poll to demostrate that in a controlled environment, like the Values Voter Summit, poll results can be skewed in anyones favor.  The Summit was attended by Romney, Huckabee and Pawlenty along with many of their supporters and, as expected, the Values Voter Summit poll was in their favor.  I also recall problems with the 2009 CPAC  presidential poll. Romney supporters voted often and frequently before CPAC officials caught on, 24 hours later, and changed the registration rule to only a single vote per person.
